Well, after doing a lot of research and reviewing the testimonials right here and in other places, I chose to purchase Seabreeze 3200-0 Aerodynamic "Turbo-aire"? High Velocity Cooling Fan. Though I 'd have preferred a better guarantee, I decided the features were attractive enough to try it. It is a lot of money to toss away if it falls short simply after the guarantee. I am totally in love with this item. It is high quality item, smart attributes. I simply got it today, and I will update my review later if required.
Better than a Vordado
I own both a Vornado and this Seabreeze. The Seabreeze appears to move more air and have lower noise. Neither unit is truly "Whisper Quiet", but the Seabreeze appears to do a better job.

Most Underlined Buyer Review : Best fan I ever had
This is an exact duplicate of the fans I bought from Toastmaster years ago called "Aero Stream". They were so good I bought four. I still have three. They are quiet, move more air, and consume less energy than any I have ever had. Like Vornado fans, (my other favorite), the airstream is compacted and travels a great distance without spreading out. In Florida fans get a lot of use and these have had plenty.
