Well, after doing a bunch of research and reviewing the reviews here and in other places, I decided to purchase Cute & Adorable Battery-Operated Fruit Style Mini Fan - Watermelon. Though I 'd have liked a better warranty, I chose the attributes were attractive enough to try it. It is a great deal of cash to get rid of if it fails simply after the guarantee. I am totally in love with this item. It is high quality item, wise features. I just got it today, and I will upgrade my testimonial later on if required.

The fan is adorable. I was very surprised at how much air it puts out. It's a tiny fan so don't expect it to have the velocity of a big fan. But I found it good enough to cool me down when I'm having a hot flash. You have to be realistic about the size of it and how much air it's going to put out. I love that it has a cover so when it's in my purse, I don't have to worry about the blades being damaged.

Great item for a great price.
It seriously moves some air and my 18 month old daughter was able to hold it and turn it off and on (with the lid) with absolutely no problems.
She doesn't seem interested in tearing the blades (and it would be a small challenge for her), she's more interested in stopping them.
It's great!
