I cannot say the same for the condition of the Tripp Lite surge protectors. The surge protector did its job and gave its life protecting my equipment. Even better still, when I contacted Tripp Lite to report the damaged surge protector, their customer service was stellar; they took down all relevant information and then immediately shipped me replacement surge protectors. Can't beat that; a company that actually stands by their product and honors their warranty.
