Well, after doing a lot of research and reviewing the testimonials here and elsewhere, I decided to buy Kaplan GED: Complete Self-Study Guide for the GED Tests. Though I 'd have chosen a better warranty, I decided the features were attractive enough to attempt it. It is a great deal of cash to toss away if it falls short simply after the warranty. I am absolutely in love with this product. It is high quality product, smart functions. I simply got it today, and I will update my review later on if needed.

The book needs some work, its a little confusing and not always accurate, I use it to tutor people for the GED test, and as someone who has been to high school and went to college, I wouldn't say it is the easiest learning tool for a beginner, I would recommend McGraw-Hill's GED. Although this is an opinion and not every persons studying is the same, so this may work better for you.
