Pretty good unit
I live in a 2000sq ft home and hate using the central air to cool off the few rooms I use during the day. I put this unit downstairs in my formal living room(the room no one uses. you'll see why that's important later). But it cools off the entire floor. About 1000sq ft. Unit also uses about 1/10th the energy as our old central air unit. Pros to this one are; remote control works really nice, cools very quickly and is a real power saver. Cons are; it is a lot louder than some other units I've had in the past(if you plan to use in a bedroom or where you are watching TV, Good luck) and the unit has a setting to swing up and down but it has no left or right direction. So you can only blow the air in the direction of the unit. Samsung and some other brands have it so you can adjust that. Small feature but it makes a big difference.
