Well, after doing a great deal of research and reviewing the reviews here and elsewhere, I decided to buy LG 26 In. Wall Sleeve and Stamped Aluminum Rear Grille for Through-the-Wall Air Conditioners - AXSVA4. Though I 'd have chosen a much better guarantee, I decided the functions were appealing enough to try it. It is a bunch of money to discard if it fails simply after the warranty. I am entirely in love with this product. It is high quality product, smart attributes. I simply got it today, and I will upgrade my review later if required.
Nice sleeve worked well for a GE a/c unit
I had a small a/c wall unit and could not find any suitable wall sleeve. This is the most reasonable one I could find, so I took a chance. Fortunately it worked out nicely. You could not tell the actual a/c unit itself was a lot smaller than the sleeve. But it worked nicely and the price for a wall sleeve is on of the best. I would definitely recommend.

The 26-inch wall sleeve should be securely fastened within a wall opening before installing the air conditioner. The sleeve helps bear the weight of the air conditioner while keeping it insulated and safe from dust, bugs and other debris that could get sucked into it. Inclement weather, corrosion, and any other elements cannot match the protective power of this metal sleeve. The stamped aluminum rear grille is generally used to prevent damage to the back outer coils of the air conditioner and for keeping birds and small animals from nesting in the wall sleeve.
