Well, after doing a great deal of research and reviewing the reviews below and elsewhere, I chose to buy LX-140 WITH 14,000 BTU AC AND 14,200 BTU HEATER. Though I 'd have preferred a better guarantee, I decided the features were appealing enough to attempt it. It is a bunch of money to discard if it fails just after the warranty. I am totally in love with this item. It is high quality item, wise functions. I just got it today, and I will update my testimonial later on if needed.
