I received this product about 4 days ago and am really pleased with the product. I had an NewAir AC-14100H Ultra Versatile 14,000 BTU Portable Air Conditioner and Heater and I would never ever buy again. So far so good. Can't be even worse than the NewAir AC-14100H Ultra Versatile 14,000 BTU Portable Air Conditioner and Heater Likewise if you registered it on line you got an added 2 months warranty.

This thing got mixed reviews. We are in a heatwave here in SoCal(upper 90's)and this bad boy does it and more. Keeps a 1200 sq. ft. house cool. Quiet and easy set up. It really does what it is designed to to. Top notch.
